The company is a well-known professional manufacturer of RVS high-speed stranding machines in the industry. This series of models are matched with a full-automatic shaking plate coating machine production line to achieve high efficiency, reduce manpower and improve product quality. It is mainly used for precision stranding of RVS two-core wires, more used in fire fighting system, referred to as twisted pair, commonly known as "flower line".

Equipment composition

 

1. External active release frame

Shaftless type active release rack can put 630-800 type national standard line disc.

 

2. Stranding host

The cradle has a built-in 630-800 national standard wire reel, which adopts internal tension control to set out the wire. The rotating twisted bow and threading porcelain eye are all made of high-strength steel. Imported bearings, man-machine interface operation, PLC control, all parameters are set on the touch screen, real-time sampling data of the whole machine's running state, and the tension is adjustable. The internal and external disconnection protection is intelligently detected by the system.

 

3. The extraction system

The traction is controlled by frequency converter, and the data is collected by double encoder, so the control speed and pitch are more accurate. Wheel diameter 350mm wheel traction, pitch 30mm-110mm any adjustable, so that the lead wire is stable and not twisted.

 

4. Storage line meter system
The horizontal wire storage rack stores a certain length of cable when winding is suspended, which can realize continuous production without stopping the stranding process, thus avoiding frequent start-up acceleration and deceleration stop of the stranded wire host, resulting in unnecessary waste of resources in production time. The meter uses a one-way bearing and uses a precision decoder to calculate the line length, which can be measured to centimeters.

 

5. Full-automatic rolling disc coating machine
Servo motor flat cable system is adopted, the winding coil is beautiful, the adhesive film is automatically wound after automatic winding, the machine has the function of automatic error detection, and a warning will be issued to remind the operator when there is a problem. At the same time, the microcomputer memory can store 99 different coil specifications. When you need to change the product specifications, you only need to read the stored specification data without entering it again.

1. More used for fire automatic fire alarm system detector line.
2. Suitable for household appliances, small electric tools, instruments and power lighting line. The double white core is used for directly connecting the lamp head line; the red and blue core is used for fire fighting, alarm, etc.; the red and white core is used for broadcasting and telephone lines; the red and black core is used for broadcasting lines.
3. Used to connect the amplifier and audio equipment, broadcast system to transmit the audio signal amplified by the amplifier.
 

What is the difference between RVS and RVSP?

RVS is also known as twisted pair. Full name: flame retardant C- grade copper core PVC insulated twisted pair

RVSP name: fire-resistant Class C shielded copper core PVC insulated twisted pair

Naming: R stands for soft copper wire, V stands for PVC insulation, S stands for twisted pair, P stands for shield.
