Use

Design Principle

It is mainly composed of five parts: external release frame, stranding system, extraction meter system, storage frame device and loop system.

1. External active release frame
The through-shaft type release frame can hold 630-800 type national standard line plate.
2. Stranding host
The built-in take-off frame of the cradle can hold 630-800 national standard, rotating twisted bow and threading porcelain eye. The main shaft bearing is made of imported bearing, man-machine interface operation, PLC control, all parameters are set on the touch screen, and the operation is extremely convenient.
3. The extraction system
The traction is controlled by frequency converter, and the data is collected by double encoder, so the control speed and pitch are more accurate. Wheel diameter 350mm wheel traction, pitch 30mm-110mm any adjustable, so that the lead wire is stable and not twisted.
4. Storage line meter system
The horizontal wire storage rack stores-fixed-length cables when winding is suspended, which can realize continuous production without stopping the stranding process, thus avoiding frequent start-up acceleration and deceleration stop of the stranded wire host, resulting in unnecessary waste of resources in production time. The meter uses a one-way bearing and uses a precision decoder to calculate the line length, which can be measured to centimeters.
5. Circled system
With the double disc automatic loop forming machine, the problem of twisting synchronous linkage one-stop finished product is solved. The loop forming speed depends on the stranded wire, the arrangement is neat and beautiful, and the arrangement pitch can be adjusted arbitrarily.
