Use
It is suitable for precision stranding of RVS two-core wires. The full name of RVS wires is copper-core PVC insulated stranded connection flexible wires, which are mostly used in fire fighting systems and are also called fire fighting wires. Referred to as twisted pair, commonly known as "flower line"

Design Principle
This machine adopts active setting-out, one of which is set-out from the outside, the main shaft A enters the wire through the twist bow, and then the wire goes out from the main shaft B. The wire passes through two main shaft guide wheels (I .e. two contacts), and the principle of "rope skipping" is adopted to realize twisting with one twist and one retreat. The other wire goes out from the main shaft B directly from the internal cradle without twisting, and the two wires pass through the distribution plate at the outgoing end of the main shaft B at the same time, then through the external fixed eye mold to complete the twisting. The whole set of equipment is composed of five parts: setting out, stranding, drawing, storing and forming a circle. It really saves time, manpower and space in use. In order to reduce the trouble of changing wires and wiring, the maximum optional p800mm wire coil can be used for the internal and external twisting discs to completely avoid wire waste.

4. The lead wheel and each passing wheel are designed with large wheel diameter to reduce the bending radius of the wire and avoid damage to the lay length.

5. The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt, with accurate pitch. There is no lubrication point in the wire passing system. The machine is clean and will not produce secondary wire or grinding wire due to oil pollution.

6. Adopt advanced control method: the working procedure is controlled by three frequency converters and PLC, and the internal and external disconnection, bearing temperature, etc. have corresponding sensors and indicator lights to monitor the working status.

9. Space compartment door design inspiration: pneumatic one-button switch is adopted. The start of the equipment must be allowed under the premise of closing the protective door, and the door should be opened and stopped during operation.

10. Reserved Ethernet interface for later expansion and information collection. At the same time, RS485 communication interface is provided to facilitate data collection on our energy efficiency management platform.
