1. External active release frame

Shaftless type active release rack can put 630-800 type national standard line disc.

2. Stranding host

The cradle's built-in take-off frame can hold 630-800 national standard, rotating twisted bow and threading porcelain eye, which are all made of high-strength steel. The spindle bearing adopts imported bearing, man-machine interface operation and PLC control. All parameters are set on the touch screen. The pendulum-free operation is adopted to control the power take-off, realizing real-time sampling data of the whole machine's operating state and adjustable tension. Internal and external disconnection protection is intelligently detected by system sampling, automatic shutdown alarm in case of disconnection, loose wire or empty disc.

3. The extraction system

The traction is controlled by frequency converter, and the data is collected by double encoder, so the control speed and pitch are more accurate. Wheel diameter 350mm wheel traction, pitch 30mm -- 110mm arbitrary adjustable, so that the lead wire is stable and not twisted.

4. Storage line meter system

The horizontal wire storage rack stores-fixed-length cables when winding is suspended, which can realize continuous production without stopping the stranding process, thus avoiding frequent start-up acceleration and deceleration stop of the stranded wire host, resulting in unnecessary waste of resources in production time. The meter uses a one-way bearing and uses a precision decoder to calculate the line length, which can be measured to centimeters.

5. Full-automatic rolling disc coating machine

Servo motor flat cable system is adopted, the winding coil is beautiful, the adhesive film is automatically wound after automatic winding, the machine has the function of automatic error detection, and a warning will be issued to remind the operator when there is a problem. At the same time, the microcomputer memory can store 99 different coil specifications. When you need to change the product specifications, you only need to read the stored specification data without entering it again.

The basic structure of RVS flower line

RVS flower wires are basically used indoors, because there is only an insulating layer outside the conductor and there is no waterproof effect. And no sheath layer cannot be directly used for ground laying to prevent friction, skin breaking and electric shock. Therefore, when purchasing, you can see whether the surface of the insulating layer will be uneven, contain more impurities or be easily torn apart, etc.

Flame Retardant and Fire Resistant Properties of RVS Flower Wire

RVS flower line has good fire resistance and flame retardant properties, so there are requirements for flame retardant grade when purchasing, which is also a key element in the selection of RVS flower line. General flame retardant grades are ZA, ZB, ZC,ZA and ZC have better flame retardant effects, and the price is also high. Fire-resistant wire is expressed by model N, it has no grade, and the price is slightly higher than that of ordinary wire, so you must consult clearly when purchasing.
