High speed beam winch
This equipment is specially used for stranding aluminum and copper round compacted conductors. This solution contains an external rotating compression die structure and provides the required traction force for compressing the conductor. When the conductor is pressed tightly, the winch is taken up. The double winch has a special wire channel to reduce the torque between the rotating traction wheel and the winding reel, so as to ensure a good round conductor.

Scheme selection
- Single-layer stranding of round and fan-shaped bare wires and flexible wires
- Stranked steel core aluminum wire (ACSR) with some aluminum alloy conductor (AAAC) and hard copper wire
- Low-voltage cabling with insulated conductors
SS leads the stranded wire from the solidification point of the bundle to the take-up spool, which greatly reduces the bending force on the wire. It prevents loosening of the wire, which causes instability of the stranded wire and difficulties in the insulation treatment (especially in medium voltage wires).
SS makes the stranded wire run smoothly on the whole stranding machine; the large bending radius makes the stranded wire move backward outside the equipment. Improve the roundness of various wires and eliminate the wide-sided shape of some Class 2 wires that usually store wires and the oval shape of many Class 5 and Class 6 flexible wires produced using the old-fashioned bundling system.
