Equipment features
1. Automatic tension control: when stranding, the tension of the take-up line needs to be continuously increased when the take-up line receives the full plate from the bottom of the plate. The machine can automatically track and adjust the take-up tension of the whole plate to make the take-up line tension uniform and consistent. At the same time, the machine can adjust the tension without stopping the machine.
2. The host is lubricated by butter and cooled by natural circulation, which can effectively extend the service life of the spindle bearing.
3. The line passing system adopts a new structure, and the guide wheel directly passes the line to the bow belt, which reduces the scratch and strand jumping caused by the failure of the corner guide wheel on the aluminum plate.
4. Three tightening devices are installed in the machine to ensure the roundness of the conductors after stranding and reduce the loss of insulating materials.
5. The whole machine is driven by synchronous belt, there is no lubrication point in the machine, the machine is kept clean, the stranded wire is free of oil pollution, and it is suitable for the conductor stranding of various kinds of wires with high surface cleanliness requirements.
